I worked as part of a team at The Smart Marketing Group to put together a print campaign for Shropshire Partners in Care's The Care Ladder to encourage people to consider a career in social care. I met with the client on multiple occasions to get a feel for their aims for the campaign, and I feel we were successful in producing something that met those needs.
One of their biggest points was to not fall into the usual trap for just focusing on social care for the elderly. They also wanted the campaign to feature friendly, approachable faces from both genders and multiple age groups. We also had to adhere to guidelines on presentation of healthcare marketing, so strong, dark colours on a white background was preferable.
Featured below are the A5 Leaflet and business card-size products - two matching A3 posters were also produced, featuring the male and female faces respectively.
